Ultimate Frisbee!

In the 100 words of fitness written by Greg Glassman, the last part says to regularly play and learn new sports.  

So CrossFit Saved is going ULTIMATE!

When?

Saturday, April 21st from 9am to 11am we are going to be playing Ultimate Frisbee instead of CrossFit Class.

Where?

We will be playing at the local park, Tamarack Park, located in Brea off of lambert and tamarack.

Can I bring a friend?

The more the merrier! Friends and family are welcome to come and play with us.

What is Ultimate Frisbee?

Ultimate Frisbee is an exciting, non-contact team sport, that mixes the best features of sports such as soccer, basketball, and netball into an simple yet demanding game.

Players on each team seek to score points by passing the Frisbee to a teammate over the opposing team’s goal line.
