Why do we run a 5k?

We are after being the fittest we possibly can across many different platforms and disciplines.

You can lift a ton of weight?

That’s great…

But can you also go out and run for 10-60 minutes without stopping.

To take that another step further…

Can you run 400m hard, then squat your body weight for reps?

It’s great to be strong, it’s great to be able to run long distances…

It’s better to be good at both.

Therefore, We do not specialize.

We want all aspects of fitness:

Cardiovascular respiratory endurance
Stamina
Power 
Strength
Speed
Flexibility

Accuracy
