Beginner

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

 

-Women start at 35lbs

-Men start at 45lbs

 

 

Part 2

Alternating EMOM 10

Even-5 Back Squats

Odd-10 Push ups tempo 1111

 

-Back Squats at 80%

-Tempo Push Up-1 second down, 1 second hold at the bottom, 1 second back up, 1 second hold at the top

-Add weight to push ups if possible
