Movement Review

 

Shoulder To Overhead-Take the bar from you shoulders to overhead however you like (Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk).  Push Jerk and Push Press are your best options

Burpees Over The Bar begins with a burpee and finishes with a jump over the bar

Both of these workouts are an all out effort.  There should be no pacing, just peddle to the metal!
