Pick a hold

15 minutes 

-handstand

-ring support

-plank or L-sit

 

 

Notes

 

-Pick a weight for the deadlift that is challenge but not so heavy you can only do 1-2 reps at a time

-body control pick one you are least good to workout on your weaknesses
