Hey CrossFitters, Today is the end to our first quarter…

 

What does that mean?

 

That means we have to go over our goals and start to set new ones!

 

A new thing added this quarter is I will be taking measurements of waist, arms, legs, and also weighing us in to see where we are at.

 

This  will give us a more definitive answer at the end of each cycle to see how far you have progressed!
