Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
Never joined any sports. Always had a hard time with my fitness due to not being motivated.

How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to
your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel?

Following Jenn on instagram is where I was exposed to CrossFit. Stared with Nutrition with
Jenn after my 3 rd check in, I told Jenn I’m ready to workout. My first WOD I was nervous
thinking what am I going to do. After day one I was excited and pumped. Seeing the results,
I continued with Crossfit,

What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health
and fitness since starting CF? (before / after)
I’ve gotten stronger feel more energized and gained muscle.

What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out
of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally
I’m a lot more consistent with everything I do generally because of crossfit teaching me to
be strict with myself.

Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFS moments.
My favorite moments are when I’m doubting myself and my morning group always pushes
me and reassures me that I can do it.

Any advice for people just getting started?
Be consistent don’t give up. You will get the results you want
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of
One of my hobbies would be hiking with my boys. I’m a proud soccer/football mom I like
being out orders.
