How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel? I don’t remember but I know it was tough because it was a test of fitness and I had to push myself ti the max.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF? (before / after): Less stress, More joy, muscles are in a constant pain state lol, hurt so good
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected? I’m more patient and a nicer person. CF is a place for me to let out all of my frustrations through the WOD
Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFS moments. I was coaching one time and for a warm up I made everyone hold hands. We ran to the middle and back while holding hands several times. It was amazing to see everyone smiling and acting goofy.
Any advice for people just getting started?: Technique is unbelievably important. Don’t worry about others lifting heavy weight, you’ll get there. Good technique will always prevail.
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit? Football, golf, baseball, basketball, swimming in the ocean/scuba diving, cycling, and building legos nerd lol
