Proper nutrition is the foundation to a healthy lifestyle.

What has been your biggest struggles and how are you overcoming them?

Telling myself that my schedule is all over the place and I don’t have time for working out.  If it’s important enough, I’ll find the time. I’ve made it important and created a time for it
