How much is it?


What are the rules?

1) Must follow a diet based on macros/calorie counting or using the eye/hand method

2) 10,000 steps per day or 30 minutes of extra cardio on top of workout 7 days per week

3) 1 point per workout 

4) Sleep 7 hours per night

**Maximum of 4 possible points to be scored per day**

How do you win?

Winners will be picked by the best results in body fat lost, weight lost, and improvement on workout.

Each person who joins the challenge will be assigned a coach who will help you figure out what diet plan is best for you.

You will have a check in with your coach each week to help you with any questions you may have and to help you troubleshoot challenges you may be having!!
