What was your heaviest weight and where are you now?
What did you change most about your nutrition? Exercise?
My biggest cut was removing dairy and one of the best decisions i’ve ever made (Dairy doesn’t agree with me). For exercise I go to crossfit 3-4x per week and try to hike whenever i can.
What was the biggest struggle?
My biggest struggle is being consistent. even working out on days when you don’t feel like working out.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of the progress and creating new goals. My next goal is completing a half-marathon and marathon.
