Let’s get into a few reasons why implementing a “hot girl walk” into our everyday life is super beneficial. 

Walking as an exercise generally is underrated, because it’s not an “intense workout”, but it is a weight bearing exercise because you’re carrying around your own body weight so calories definitely are burned while walking. People don’t realize all of the benefits just 30 mins a day of walking can do! 

Walking can help you maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, improve our cardiovascular fitness, boosts your energy by increasing your oxygen flow through the body and can also be used as an active recovery day. Let’s set a daily goal to get at least 10k steps a day to experience all the great things walking can do for us!
