Many people struggle to find time to fit fitness into their everyday life. What comes to your mind when you think  of fitness? Countless hours in the gym? Running miles and miles around the track? Fitness is more than just working out, it’s a lifestyle.
We can incorporate fitness into our everyday life through simple changes to our daily routine. After all, spending that hour we spend on social media or sitting at home watching TV can simply be changed into getting an hour of fitness in.
Waking up an hour earlier to get in a morning walk, stretch in your free time, ride a bike or go to a gym to get a workout in. All these simple things can turn into a lifestyle you didn’t know you needed. An hour a day to get moving, reduces stress, boosts your mood, also can give you an energy boost!
Fitness as a lifestyle should incorporate healthy eating habits as well. Healthy eating should include eating meat, veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar. A combination of healthy eating habits and exercise is the key to fitness and long term health. Let’s get moving guys!!
