I started CFS 4 years ago but wasn’t consist for the full 4 years

Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
I never worked out a day in my life until I joined CrossFit Saved! That’s where I learned how to squat, deadlift, bench, and built confidence to step into a gym outside of CrossFit.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel?
I was first exposed to CrossFit by an old friend. I don’t remember my first WOD but I do remember dying at the end of the WOD.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF? (before / after)
Before CrossFit I had no clue on anything nutrition, weight loss, and getting in shape. Slowly but surely I’ve learned how to keep weight off.
Any advice for people just getting started?
It’s okay to cry during a WOD, I have, just keep showing up!
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit?
I can sleepy for 16 hours straight, takes talent.
