I think I started at CrossFit Saved in the summer of 2015.

I was a swimmer and water polo player in HS. I lifted weights and did random cardio as a young

What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF? (before /
When I began CrossFit I was in state of low level fitness. Since I began CrossFit I have gained
strength, stamina, and endurance. I have lost 50+#.

What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit
that were totally unexpected?
Feeling more confident.

Doing “Murph” on Memorial Day, CFS social activities: Beach party, Holiday parties.

Any advice for people just getting started?
Focus on good form, scale workouts to your ability, build your aerobic base, eat more protein,
be consistent!

What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit?
I enjoy road trips, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
