Hypertriglyceridemia (high level of a certain type of fat in the blood)

Hypertension (high blood pressure)

Are connected by HYPERINSULINEMIA

What is Hyperinsulinemia?

It is a chronic elevation of insulin in the blood.

And how this happens is by an over consumption of carbohydrates, typically from the processed and refined variations like ice cream, chips, and cookies.

How do we know if hyperinsulinemia is affecting us?

Do you have extra body fat on your body?

Are your triglycerides high and need to take medications?

Is your blood pressure high and need to take medications?

If you answered yes to any of those you most likely have some level of hyperinsulinemia.
