Meet Abby! 

Abby has been doing CrossFit since February of 2021!

She has actually GAINED 10lbs and has lost 8% body fat since she has started here at CrossFit Saved!

What got you started doing CrossFit?

“I got really out of shape during covid and needed a way to get more active & fit”


What was the hardest part about being consistent with CrossFit & nutrition?

“It was really hard to stay consistent on the days I had school and tennis because I was tired, but I still made it a priority to come workout every chance that I had”


What have you learned about yourself or just in general while doing CrossFit? 

“I learned that there isn’t any excuses to not be taking control of your body”
