First 3 Months of CrossFit and Nutrition Coaching
Down 7.7% Body Fat
What got you started?
I’ve always had an interest in CrossFit for a while .. I was mentally and physically depressed that I couldn’t get myself out of my own head and finally I was done. I wanted to better myself and wanted my kids to be so proud of me for picking myself up and doing something about it.
What have you learned?
I’ve learned a lot, especially about myself and my limits and that hard work really does pay off. I’ve also learned that the people you surround yourself with is important during this journey and I have been more than grateful and blessed to have a Team like this one. The encouragement and motivation everyone has shown towards each other is the cherry on top.
What has been your biggest struggle?
I would have to say running lol. I went from not being able to run 300 to 400 meters to now I can run 800 meters without stopping. Nutrition is always a challenge too…food is good and can be enjoyed in moderation but I can’t go crazy like I use to.
