How much weight have you lost?
I’ve lost about 20 pounds and 12 percent body fat!
What did you change about your nutrition?
I started eating a lot more protein and changed foods that have high cholesterol for vegetables
Most of my meals have 2 palm sizes of protein, some veggies and a cup of carbs like rice or potatoes.
What’s been your favorite thing about your transformation?
What I like the most is that I keep learning every day and having six pack! I also hope I can inspire others to follow in my footsteps!
