What got you started?

When my son took that picture of me on the left lol.

 

What did you change about your nutrition?

Ate a lot more and ate a lot more veggies. Ate about 2-3 pounds of veggies everyday

 

What’s your biggest struggle?

Getting into a routine again.

 

What’s your go to quick, healthy meal?

My Green smoothie I blend every morning.

    ✓    2-4 large kale leaves (I use an entire bunch of curly kale)

    ✓    Rainbow Chard (1-2 rainbow chard leaves and stems)

    ✓    Baby Spinach 1- 2 cups (~710 ml) (a large handful)

    ✓    Celery (2)

    ✓    Parsley (2 pieces

    ✓    Carrot (1 medium to large carrots)

    ✓    Tomato (1/2) (optional I eat it on the side like an apple lol 😂 I know crazy 

    ✓    Apple (1/2)

    ✓    Beet 1/2 small 

     ✓    Lemon (1/2)

    ✓    Blueberries (1/2 – 1 cups) (fresh or frozen)

    ✓    Avocado (1/2)

    ✓    Hydrolyzed collagen powder (1/4 cup)

    ✓    Water (2 cups of water). 2am

    ✓    Banana (1/2)

    ✓    Almond butter 1 table spoons
