Down 13.3lbs and Down 4.4% Body Fat

What did you change most about your nutrition? Exercise?

I increased my protein and started supplementing with protein shakes regularly. In my exercise, I have finally been consistently coming 3-4 times a week since starting at CrossFit saved.

What was the biggest struggle?

Weekends! Going out to eat and having drinks on the weekends were definitely my biggest struggle.

What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my consistency in weight loss and consistency at the gym since consistency is something I can struggle with. Also proud of how much stronger and better I feel 🙂
