Almost two years now!

How did you do it?

First I started doing running and the keto diet during keto. That got me down my first 60lbs! Then I joined CrossFit Saved class workouts and nutrition coaching. that helped me get my last 20lbs off!

What’s been the key to keeping it off?

the key has been using what I’ve learned from counting macros and continuing to be consistent with it. the more consistent I am the better I feel, which makes it even easier to stay consistent!
