She has lost over 27lbs and over 12% body fat!
We asked Krisitn a few questions about her fitness journey,
here’s what she had to say:
What have you learned the most in this process?
“I learned I could survive and even thrive without carbs.
I learned my body is capable of so much more than I ever expected including having visible abs!
I learned to be honest with myself, to trust the process and most importantly to be consistent.”
What was your biggest struggle?
“Other than breaking myself of my carb addiction, the hardest thing for me was to eat more protein and especially meat. I’ve never been a big meat eater so I really had to retrain my body and my mind to eat more meat. I had to get creative because I’m really picky about meat but I ended up finding a lot of new things I really enjoyed. Since I’ve changed my diet I’m more fit, have more energy and feel better than ever!”
