What have you learned since doing nutrition?
“I’ve learned so much about balance in nutrition. I started losing weight years ago eating 1200 cals a day and binging all day one day a week… you know, “cheat day”. Now, I eat balanced meals and enjoy my favorite foods (I eat chocolate every single day 🍫🍪 lol).
What was the hardest part learning to maintain your weight?
“I have had a diet mindset for years, so switching to maintenance was a rough adjustment. It took months to trust myself with more calories, but now, it’s just cool to see what my body can do with more energy 😎”
