Today we are talking our fitness to the field to play some ULTIMATE FRISBEE!


In the CrossFit definition of fitness it list sports a the top because if we don’t build a solid foundation of nutrition->conditioning->body control->weightlifting->sport our sport will not be up to the level it could be if we prioritized the ones below.


If you haven’t played ultimate frisbee before it is a blast and can be played at any fitness level!
